Decoding the wisdom of the body.

I study how the face and body express what’s happening underneath. I use that understanding to help ambitious people move forward with greater freedom and self-trust.

You can have a lot going for you. And still feel held back.

Many of the people I work with are respected in what they do. They’ve built businesses, invested in themselves and thought carefully about how they want to live and lead.

And yet, in certain moments — a pricing conversation, stepping into greater visibility, or making a decision with real stakes — something pulls them back.

My interest has always been in that gap between intellectual understanding and lived experience: why you can know what makes sense on paper, and still feel resistance in your body.

Nonverbal behaviour offers another way to explore that gap. Our starting point is always your experience, and the change that matters to you.

Creating the space for you to step into who you’re becoming.

Careful observation. Years of study.

A practice informed by research, and shaped around the person in front of me.

Private. Warm. Direct.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfect explanation of what’s wrong.

In our sessions, I pay close attention to what happens as you speak, ask clear questions and work at a pace that respects your experience.

We connect the work directly to your life and business: how you lead a team, stand behind your value, have an honest conversation or make space for yourself without guilt.

Between sessions, you have personal guidance and practical tools so you’re supported as changes take root in everyday life.

How the mentorship works
“What I enjoyed most working with you was that I trusted in you and your method. I felt it was like a puzzle: you gave and we found some links every time.”
